In the cold kitchen, vibrant salads and the signature PalReal guacamole are featured, alongside dishes inspired by the coastal flavors of Mazatlán, Tijuana, and Jalisco. These dishes are distinguished by their rich, flavorful sauces and traditional processes, like the beloved tostadas reminiscent of Mexican street vendors.
